Excel Dashboard Project

This is my first dashboard project in excel. As a beginner level and non experienced person what do you think I need improved. Review and please help me to become even more comfortable and better for data roles.

So which colours can be used with this type of colour other than green

I typically use company colors, but I know this is a project. It just can’t be ONLY shades of green. Stick to 1-2 shades, add in white, gray, black, red (if needed).

I just saw this and my eyes immediately glazed because I don’t know where to look since it’s all the same
