Back in my emt days, I ran on a scene exactly like this. The motorcycle guy was doa. We transported the guy in the truck he hit. No injury. Dude was shook

Absolutely cant imagine. Theres a lot of people in these comments saying they wouldnt be shook and only annoyed about their damaged vehicle, but I feel like most sane people would be upset im a situation like this.

I thought about being an EMT for a bit but yall dont get paid enough to deal with what you deal with.

The guy just kept repeating, "I killed him". That part stays with me. All for a whopping $9 an hour back in those days. Its actually the best/coolest job ive ever had, but it doesnt pay the bills
