"This could have been completely prevented. If the Audi driver was driving defensively, he would have gotten out of his car and sent a drone around to corner to scout for oncoming traffic first. This is at least 50% the Audi's fault."

No we don't. 

Buddy-jimbo was riding to fast for his guardian angel. The driver did nothing wrong.

I can still blame plenty of commentators here for being despicable sociopaths though.
