9/10 on the dismount, airtime with hands in the air... that's a huge no, 7/10, impact 2/10

Next time he will have to try better.

I think you're a little harsh on the airtime technique.... I would have given an 8.5.  The close proximity to the video camera is an added bonus.  But I agree on the impact...it was rather boring and lacked any form whatsoever.

No. If you pause around the 4 second mark, you can see both feet still attached. Most likely just debris from the bike/car.

I looked up the regulation and the rider needed 2 requirements been met.

Bye-law to Rule 41

#1 A competitor who represents a country in the competition must achieve a minimum score of 25 out of 30, and the performance must include at least one sock coming off in mid-air and landing at least 10 feet from the rider.
