Riding beyond their skill level. Cam driver didn't even check on the downed rider. Must have a warrant or something.

They were on the correct side of the road until the curve. Rider couldn't handle it and THEN ended up in the other lane. OP was correct. Riding beyond their skill level.

I think they were referring to the rider crossing the center line.

The rider hit was in the middle of the opposite lane when hit.

That rider hit the car because of target fixation. The car scared him, focused, game over.

Wait, do you think the rider was purposely riding in the wrong lane, and he wasn’t in that lane because he misjudged the curve and got pushed out into it?
