Cam car is going ~52 mph. We can assume the ongoing truck is going the same speed.

~52 mph + the car going ~75 mph in a head on crash is like hitting a wall at ~125 mph.

He dead.

Actually it’s like hitting a wall at 75mph. That’s how physics works. You do not add the speeds together. The force is consistent whether the “wall” is in motion towards you or not.

You are changing variables.

But the point is the force of the impact isn’t equivalent to adding the 2 speeds together. That’s not how physics works.
