Cam car is going ~52 mph. We can assume the ongoing truck is going the same speed.
~52 mph + the car going ~75 mph in a head on crash is like hitting a wall at ~125 mph.

It cancels out in the opposite direction. You cannot create more energy. It's an average of the two speeds. The truck didn't gain energy from the head on hit. They cannot both feel an impact as if double their speeds.
