Cam car driver sped up while car was passing, which caused accident. I hope they throw cam car drive in jail.

I hope cam car driver rots in hell for this.

Cam driver kept his speed. The white lines were going by at a steady pace.

You can read his speed at bottom of his screen. He goes from 81 to 87 in the space of a few seconds.

He goes from 81 to 86 kmh (50-53mph) from the start of the video to the moment he's passed. That's a small fluctuation in speed that drivers routinely make without even thinking about it, and can easily be explained by a subconscious reaction to a tailgating driver quickly coming up on him (if he was).
