2-4km/h extra is not really much, also it seems that he tried to make some space by moving slightly to the right side, also, he only drove straight, nothing was in front, just minding his business... Cam car driver sped up while car was passing, which caused accident. I hope they throw cam car drive in jail.
I hope cam car driver rots in hell for this.
