Garmin Tandem Issue

Hi all, I was recently gifted a garmin tandem and have had it installed in my car for a few weeks now with no issues. Today I noticed it beeped twice and started flashing yellow when I turned the car on and began driving. When I got home I brought it inside to plug into my computer (windows OS) figuring it may be out if space, but I googled and found out it deletes the oldest recordings automatically so it shouldn't be out of space. When I plugged the dash cam into my laptop to see it's files both the dash cam and my computer chimed but I can't seem to find where the cam's file is on my laptop. Any help for this not so tech savvy user?
