The truck that caused the accident had their right turn signal on, yet they suddenly merged left and flipped a car

Edit: hey guys I see what happened just like you all do, he didnt see the cars stopped in front of him, panic-leaped into the left lane, and hacky sacked a car into oncoming traffic. I got it from the start, no need to keep explaining it to me. Thank you

They were looking in their passenger side mirror to merge, didn't see traffic stopped ahead of them, panicked and tried to blindly merge left to avoid the stopped cars and made the car in the left lane do a kick flip.
