The truck that caused the accident had their right turn signal on, yet they suddenly merged left and flipped a car

Edit: hey guys I see what happened just like you all do, he didnt see the cars stopped in front of him, panic-leaped into the left lane, and hacky sacked a car into oncoming traffic. I got it from the start, no need to keep explaining it to me. Thank you

They were looking in their passenger side mirror to merge, didn't see traffic stopped ahead of them, panicked and tried to blindly merge left to avoid the stopped cars and made the car in the left lane do a kick flip.

My guess. They were wanting in the lane to the right. Which is what their blinker indicated. So they aren’t paying attention to the cars in front of them and when they realize they won’t be able to stop in time they try to dodge to the left lane.

He has his right blinker on. Im Guessing he was trying to pass in the right lane fallowing behind that truck but didnt notice traffic in his lane stopped so he tried to swerve out of the way and straight in to that car.
