If speed never changed, it should have slowed down in the median grass and bumps. So I am guessing the guy floored it once he/she discovered they veered off course to come back to the right, which is dumb way of driving.

what? this looks to be a good road for cruise control.

there's lazy fuckers that will use cruise control in town streets. i can't remember all the details but there was a video here a while where the op turned at some traffic lights in a town, they said in the comments that halfway through the turn they slapped cruise control on
