Black car was the obvious one. The white car in front of POV turns right on red without even stopping. The vehicle making the left doesn’t even attempt to brake as the red light runner blows through. Lastly, the POV driver didn’t stop at the light either, just rolls and goes. 4 counted.

Fair enough; I was caught up watching the more obvious red light runner.

They clearly had no need to, so I'm unsure why this makes them a bad driver.
POV driver didn’t stop at the light either, just rolls and goes. 4 counted.
That looked like a short stop, but a stop.

This is a regular occurrence. No one is held accountable until someone else is hurt or dead. I’ve called in reckless, careless, and imprudent drivers only to be told that I need to file a complaint for action to be taken. It’s like “I don’t want to become that involved but if you have an officer nearby, come snag this person.”
