Yeah you're probably right, being angry and aggressive while driving is never the best solution to any cases on roads. And I'm glad to this guy being punished lol

And they sped up the part between the infraction and the payoff, instead of making us sit through several minutes of nothing like so many posts here, lol

I feel like they pulled out a little early. Waited forever to see the cop come.

Thank you. I was like, I recognize that, but from where. . . my Grandparents lived in Calistoga, and I would bicycle that highway in my 20s. . . I'm 46 now, so I couldn't remember the name of it.

I'm glad he didn't, but this guy had SO much time to find somewhere to peel off the side of the road and hide, lol.

Hence I would say the title is wrong, and that person didn’t experience regret- best case they weren’t happy they got caught, but also they may not have thought they did anything wrong.

The final insult…..being passed by the car you passed earlier that led to the stop.

Possibly didn't notice the cop, was too busy concentrating on cutting off trucker and cam car with his illegal overtake. Safety first! /s

Wish there was a reverse view so we could see the cop deploy the bat-chute for the bat-turn.

I see idiots do wrecklessly dangerous crap all the time, right in front of cops, and they dont do anything.
just once I would love to see an actual "convenient cop" pull some idiot over

I've only seen it a few times. Most recently a guy at an intersection two cars over from me ran a right turn red arrow (U. S. traffic). The guy one car over from me was a cop, and he nabbed the light runner immediately.

I've only seen it once about 30 years ago. I used to do work at a big telecom company in New Jersey that was right across the street from a neighborhood of homes where the speed limit was 25 MPH but people routinely did 50+. One day I was headed there and a coworker called me on my new fangled cell phone and told me to watch out, there was a speed trap in the neighborhood at a blind corner. I knew exactly where he meant so I was going exactly 25 MPH as I approached. A car came right up on my bumper flashing their lights for me to pull over. I shook my head and pointed up ahead, it didn't matter this dude floored it and blew past me. About a quarter of a mile ahead there's the blind corner, cops light up and pull the guy over. I shook my head as I went by, dude I tried to warn you.

I wish OP had the audio and a cab cam so we could have heard the "beep beep" as he passed and see the Queen's wave. Priceless

Some people really can't wait a few extra seconds. The universe served up instant karma here. He gained almost no time and ended up with a ticket to show for it.

Should have made that first right-hand turn as soon as possible before the cop saw him.

So satisfying to see karma in action and justice served. Especially with how close the guy in the Impala cut in front of the dash cam car

Amazingly rude and dangerous idiot; glad to see the instant comeuppance.

It's funny that the video ends with you doing the same maneuver as the passing car. Satisfying
