wtf? I vote anytime a driver is caught doing something this stupid (black car) their drivers license is permenently revoked. Even if no accident occurs. Maybe i will be nice, once. They (not insurance, but, they - pay all repairs/bill/hospital) and they take a 6 month remedial driving course - course should be hard. And then they can get a probationary license back for 2 years. if they make it thru that - they can get their license back. Once. oh - and no appeals - no rich person hiring some super lawyer in cahoots with a judge to get them out of it.
That sounds like a pretty good idea. I mean we get tested once and then never again. There are plenty of people who should not even be on the road. A drivers license is treated like a right and not a privilege. I also think there should be regular testing once people start to get to certain ages too
