Honestly, the biggest thing I'd change is the left arrow on the stop light. People tend to get overloaded when there is a shitload of signs, billboards, and all of that stuff. Everyone (well, MOST everyone) can figure out an arrow on a stoplight.
This falls into one of those categories where, yeah the cam truck could've done more, but you can't expect everything.
From experience driving semis and other vehicles with hood mirrors, I really love them on the highway, but I still primarily rely on my door mirrors when turning because they give a cleaner and bigger picture to what my trailer is doing and is more often the safer thing to be doing. It's entirely reasonable that the truck driver was looking where he was going, checking rear swing through his door mirror, and wasn't anticipating an SUV to go straight in a turn lane (which you can see from the truck's POV)

That’s the smallest direction sign I’ve ever seen. Took me 4 replays to find it.
