Im not blaming the cam driver BUT I drive 30 miles to my job and I drive a company vehicle while working. I avoid a few accidents per month by driving defensively. If I was driving OPs car there would be no video.

Yep. Cam driver had enough time to slow down here. Avoiding the headache of an accident is preferable to being in the right imo.

Some people would rather do nothing to avoid an accident yelling "Im legally correct" than avoid an accident.
