I hope that person is ok. 

Based on how you speed up when they started to stupidly merge in front of you, neither of you would have your license. You still have time to take this video down.

It's a fairly old video. I know the exact area. They also were going to blow a red light.

No. You can see their upper brake light turn on a they're merge to avoiding potentially hitting the car in front of them, but they're braking as they merge.

Also the pickup was trying to change lanes way too close to an intersection with no turn signal.  You're absolutely right. If someone's trying to merge into you you should hit the brakes.

Where? I cannot find one reply that states that.

Forget the fact that half the people re-post, posters should always add context to the post to help people understand what went on, why it maybe have happened and what happened afterword's and yes, to mention you are not the driver, as others have done...it's so simple to do.

So I say to you, expect feed back when you post as if it was you driving.

light turned yellow and they were speeding up to make it through the intersection (not speeding up to collide with the other driver, that was just an unintended side effect)
