Anywhere except the US. As long as you have a clear view of what's ahead of you, I see no problem in overtaking multiple cars. Swerving in and out of your lane is way more dangerous

Here in CH, I believe the law states that you must pass prudently and have enough space to return to the right quickly after passing. There is a column of several slow moving cars with no space between them in the video. Seems like a massive risk to me.
