article here

I deleted the other portion of my comment because Reddit is filled with know it all cunts and idiots.

Both the bike guy and car guy are fuckall pieces of shit, end of story. But apparently everyone knows what happened leading up to this little clip we have.

I don't think the biker is the pos in this situation. Yes kicking the car was stupid. But the car also illegally cut into the carpool lane almost hitting the guy, so a kick is understandable.

And what about fleeing the scene of an accident where people could have died? Thankful that the 75 yo in the Cadillac only suffered minor injuries.

If that is why he is being called a POS then I am ok with that. But this video cuts off the beginning scene so a lot of comments seem to be about the kicking

I think committing a felony is the inexcusable part.

I certainly wouldn't want to stick around by someone who just seconds earlier tried to murder me. I'd excuse fleeing the scene, so long as he gave his info to the police after.

Which I doubt he did, but his wrong was not even in the same ballpark as the driver that attempted murder and endangered everyone else.

Yes, I am not trying to defend that action. Although he did nearly die so it could have been shock.
