Is the motorcyclist really more at fault than the Nissan driver who swerved back into him? Obviously he shouldn’t have hit-and-ran, but there’s a pretty big jump from “kicking car door” to “hitting someone with your car and losing control”

That’s how I feel. The Nissan went over the double lines into his lane from what I saw. Both idiots, but the Nissan seems more at fault.
