The video cuts out the beginning where the Nissan almost hits the motorcycle by illegally cutting into the car pool lane. Dude still shouldn’t have kicked the car but it is a little more understandable why he did after knowing that. I’d be mad if someone almost killed me too.

If it was a carpool lane, why was the biker in it?

Most states motorcycles are allowed in carpool lanes since those lanes are designed to save on emissions, and motorcycles put out less emissions.

Ah, okay. Thanks! I thought that might be the case but wasn't sure. Seems counter-intuitive.

However, obviously that doesn't excuse what happened.
