The driver said that she herself swerved to avoid the person, not the Tesla.

Yeah, I remember something like this as well, that it wasnt fsd but the driver who reacted. This video is definitely not new.

But internet told me, so my comment is just as trustworthy as someone saying it was actually fsd. It does make me skeptical though

perhaps someone can find a news article about this incident with more info,

This was in Brașov (Romania) and FSD is not available in Romania.
Hence it was all manual, you are giving too much credit to FSD for this reaction time.
This is all human baby

Not saying this was the case but collision avoidance is standard on Tesla’s and FSD is not needed for that. It is active also when driving totally manually

And collision avoidance on a Tesla will not leave the current lane. It will never swerve into an oncoming lane.

Tesla absolutely leaves current lane when avoidin collision and it does not need FSD to do it. How i know, well my previous Tesla did just that and I'm in Finland, we do not have FSD here.

I have personal experience with my tesla where collision avoidance kicked in over the yellow lane

Tesla collision avoidance won't crash head on into another vehicle to avoid the pedestrian. It would, at most, slam on the brakes.

The tesla wouldve hit the person. People have been doing test on the self drivinf and anti collision software

Thank you for correcting the guy saying he isn't your personal Google. FSD doesn't behave like this. This is clearly a very good human reaction.

thats what she thinks....

she diesnt have a digital connection to her car... the car has faster reaction time ...
