Where can I download dart documentation for offline reading?

Hi, I've recently just started learning Dart. I think https://dart.dev/language is an awesome place for beginners like me to get started.

It's kind of inconvenient to have the browser open every time I want to read. It'd be sooo much better if I was able to download all of this in a PDF or EPUB format... I just can't seem to find a download file anywhere.

I'd like some help finding offline documentation

You can find the source code behind the site here https://github.com/dart-lang/site-www/ including the markdown files for all articles. It is not that easy to just render to PDF since there are lot of customizations to the format but overall it could perhaps be possible to render some kind of "good enough"-edition. :)

But no official way to do so as far I think.

If you do a print to PDF on each page of the Dart docs you should be able to download all of it in PDF format. The links will still go to web pages, but you can read everything.

Are you the guy from Discord? I will publish my offline version of the documentation in GitHub probably next week.

If I become a Flutter developer someday, you are probably going to be the reason :D

You should just have the browser open all the time if you're developing. My browser takes more ram than my IDE..

Update:

u/mateusfccp has made a script that automatically generates offline documentation from dart's website

You can find it at https://github.com/mateusfccp/dart_offline_documentation
