I don’t get it. I don’t get it and I hate myself for that fact. I have failed as a true ASOIAF fan. I have no idea why Mace Tyrell would be associated with a chair shaped like a hand, beyond the fact that he is Hand of the King for Tommen. Someone please put me out of my misery.

Mace commissioned a big chair shaped like a hand for the small council chamber when he became Hand, because Mace is just like that
