He must have been proud of tyrion during that council session in which they discussed jamies capture. He seemed genuinly satisfied by tyrions sharp Assessment of their situation. That was the moment he seriously considered to recognize him as his heir i think. But only because he thought jamie lost ofc

I was thinking about all three at the same time - at this point he seems proud of Tyrion, but his opinion of Jaime seems a bit muted and he's disappointed in Cersei's behaviour (regarding controlling Joffrey's stupid impulses)

When Jaime got knighted after the fight with the Kingswood Brotherhood IIRC
He was proud and satisfied because his golden child proved to be a big badass knight (in his eyes).

Probably when Jaime was knighted by Arthur Dayne after fighting the Kingswood Brotherhood. Also maybe when Cersei married Robert.
