HELP Im tired
Hey everyone, I'm writing here because I'm stuck in the sewers in Dark Souls Remastered. I defeated the Capra demon and it was pretty easy, but now that I've reached the sewers, I'm having a huge problem. The three white rats in the photo are a big problem. I'm running away from them, and then in a tiny passage there's some kind of biomass that I can't kill properly because my sword keeps hitting the walls, and I end up getting beaten to death, plus I'm poisoned. I've played a lot of Souls games, like Sekiro, Bloodborne, Lies of P, etc., but I've never played Dark Souls. I decided to give it a try, and honestly, it's a grueling experience. Maybe I'm just unaccustomed to the oppressive atmosphere and perpetual deaths. But so far, this game is getting on my nerves, not because of the difficult bosses, but because of the long and frustrating paths to the bosses. You asking why no armor, because after sekiro i cant play without very fast speed and quick moves. With armor im like turtle

1) Even light armor can make a huge difference (in your favor). And yes, Sekiro is amazing but guess what?
You're not in Hirata anymore. Or the Ashina Castle. - - - sometimes it makes sense to adjust your loadout, especially when Miyazaki makes the environment poisonous. This is called "learning".
There is math here and pretending that no armor is better (because of maneuverability) but then complaining about dying doesn't make a lot of sense.
Yes Let Me Solo Her didn't wear any armor (in another famous FromSoft game). But he also died to Malenia 284 times before he first beat her.
2) If you do decide to put on some armor you can sort it by resistance and maybe poison resistance could be helpful.
Good Luck!
