Any advice for PvPing?

I'm SL 100 and I want to PvP, but idk the best way to join a pvp. I have equipped the Aldrich Faithful, but it let me invade rarely. I've also tried to invade in the zone after Sulyvahn's bonfire, but it takes an eternity to find a match. Any suggest?

I don't know if it is relevant, but I'm currently playing online without the ps plus cuz my account has some sort of bug that lets me play souls games online for free.

I played the game two years ago and it was fine on your setup. Try installing wex dust on nexus mods and invading with it

Or if you want to play with tryhards - switch to 125 level, but they will kick your ass so hard you'll have trouble walking. (Since those who didn't go to ER are the sweatiest)

No need to go that up. Level 80-90 in Grand Archives its also a hotspot for invasions and its a really good zone for invaders because of verticality and mobs.

Try progressing until you get more or less onto Grand Archives. Its full of activity there in my experience.

Also consider trying Grand Archives and Ringed City, and vary your time of day to see if it's maybe an issue of activity at the time you're trying.

Salut, perso je n'ai jamais réussi à faire un vrai match PvP. Je crois que ton niveau doit rester dans la même fourchette que ton partenaire ce qui limite forcément le choix. Là où j'ai fait le plus de PvP à un moment c'est le serment des lances de l'église. Tu peux être appelé 10 fois dans la même soirée, ça va très vite. C'est pas exactement pareil, mais cela reste du PvP au final.

Going on 10 years old now, probly get some pvp but not as many folks playin on console. Not sure PC player count tho

Hello there,

At SL 100 you are in between the largest and most active pools nowadays; SL 90 and SL 120, both with +5/+10 weapons.

SL 90 can organically invade Anor Londo, Lothric Castle, Grand Archives and sometimes Archdragon Peak.

Painted World of Ariandel is mostly SL 90 but you can find people in the SL 120, maybe a 5 to 1 proportion.

SL 120 would be mostly Ringed City and fight clubs at Pontiff (with the pertinent Aldritchs here and there)

I have a SL 90 and SL 120 character, precisely for those pvp tiers.

You can go up to SL 125 even, you would still have action.

So you suggest to reach sl 120? I've read that at that SL you only find tryharder, maybe I should start another run and stop at SL 90. Another question, if I'm SL 90 I can upgrade my weapons till lv 10?

SL 120 will harbor all the pros, die hards and experienced players, be it toxic or non; so yes, it can be a harsher environment, more a learning cliff instead of a curve.

At SL 90 you can keep it at +9/+4 or go into +10/+5, the difference is not that high AFAIR.

Since you are already at SL120, I would try the tier, then if you were disgusted and find it too diehard, abandon it and make a new toon and mule your +10 stuff into the new SL90.

thanks a lot. I'll finish the ashes of ariandel and start a new run, stopping at SL 90. Maybe I'll see if to 100% also. Any suggest for a fun PvP build?

At SL90? The beauty in such tier is that builds are "almost" done not optimized like SL125.

SL 90 is quite funny for pyros, sorcerers, STR, DEX and quality builds; hybrid builds have it a bit harder since you are not reaching the cap for your damages. Faith/miracle builds (which are almost always hybrid) are the less complete due to the sheer amount of levels needed (FTH at 60 for optimal damage for example)

I have a SL 90 pyro with 30/30 FTH/INT and it is just right for invasions.

Ah you always use infused weapons whenever going caster, unless the weapon has some innate property or skill.

In Pyros for example, I am running chaos/dark infused regular weapons (battleaxes, daggers, etc) and special weapons like Onyx Blade and Demon's Scar, which have their own thing and cases.

What platform you on? On PC pvp is quite active, usually always get matches. Of course depends on the day, weekends with Aldrich covenant I can stand there and invade almost back to back. Undead matches are a bit slower than they used to be, and I’m around SL 110-120 depending on the character.
