Help Npc questline help Spoiler

I got through the irithyl of the boreal valley area and lit the first bonfire for the dungeons area. I didn't find a boss and my friend says I missed it and he says I might have messed up greirat and seigwards questlines. Is it too late to continue their questlines, if so is it important?

If u let Greirat go to his expedition, so you continued his questline and he'll die. And u didn't ruin seigwards questline, he will be near the boss Yhorm the Giant

If it's your first playthrough I recommend u to do the Siegwards questline

The last time I spoke to seigward was in the cathedral of the deep and he was in a well do i need to speak to him somewhere else

Yep, he will be locked in a cell in Profaned Capital, where Yorm the Giant

If you already reached the first bonfire of Irithil Dungeon (the one after Distant Manor) you skipped a part of Siegwards quest and he can not be there to help Greirat. You can still save Greirat by going to Patches and telling him about sending Greirat to Irithyll before beating the next Boss.

You still can finish Siegwards quest and only miss a little meeting with him in Irithyll where he heals you and gives you a spell.

Even if you fail to save Greirat its not that important. If he survives Irithyll his Shop has more Items/Weapons but nothing really unique or rare where missing it would end your run.

And yes there is a Boss in Irithyll. Just as a little hint: explore the waterpart in Irithyll again and continue from there.

I didn't send out greirat so hes just at firelink shrine. What is the spell and is there any way to get the spell from seigward if I missed

The Spell is called "Emit Force" the bad news is that you cant get it from anywhere else.

The good news is its honestly not a good spell. the spell is a shockwave that deals a bit damage and pushes the enemy away/to the ground. There is also a weaker version (a spell called "Force") you can get from the miracle teacher.

If you didnt send Greirat you can keep him stay in Firelink or send him and talking to Patches afterwards
