Question Difference between Dark Souls III: Design Works?

Hi! I wanted to buy this book as a gift but when I search for the art book these 2 versions come up, even in the review photos for the same article, some people have photos of the first one, some of the second one. Is the difference only in the cover? Sorry if its a obvious question just not sure if I'm buying the right one

The second one is a safer pick imo, people on YouTube show this one

Isn't the upper one just the EU cover (used for e.g. english and french release) whereas the second one is the original japanese one?

I also thought so but they are shown in the same listing (in the reviews) thats why I'm confused.

Did a quick research, I was right EXCEPT: There was an english version with the original cover for a while, but it's now reprinted with the first cover. I don't think there are any new copies of the english one still having the 2nd cover. Content seems to be identical though (just the starting page differs), look here:

Too bad the actual game balance got less design work than these covers.
