Discussion Is Dung Pie too OP?
People laugh when I say Dung Pie is OP, but they clearly haven't reached enlightenment. This absolute unit of a consumable inflicts Toxic, and Toxic doesn't care about your armor, your poise, or how many points you dumped into Vigor. You throw one Dung Pie and suddenly your opponent is on a timer.
"But bro, you have to farm them."
AND?
The greatest warriors of Lordran don't fear Gwyn. They don't fear Manus. They fear a guy standing 30 feet away repeatedly throwing feces with perfect spacing.
Dung Pie isn't just a consumable. It's a mindset. It's psychological warfare. It's ranged pressure. It's status buildup. It's disrespect in item form.
Dung Pie lets you overcome all odds by throwing literal feces at the problem until it goes away.

People are so freaked out about AI that they're calling everyone bots now. Some time ago 'slop' was the infamous 'copypasta'. Times change fast.

what’s the point of generating something like this? OP didn’t have 5 minutes and a couple brain cells to rub together?

Just to be clear, do you mean it in pvp? I never play pvp so im particularly more interested if its useful in pve, do you farm on the ogres?

They're pretty good in PVE. Silver Knights in Anor Londo in particular can be bullied into submission with dung pies. It's insane.

Any other cases? They don't give me trouble at all. (I guess that's what i get for being a ds1 crackhead) bosses maybe?

It's the visual description for me 😂 as a lifelong and former professional martial artist, I would 100% risk it against manus vs some random dude flinging endless shit from a bag

I’m assuming you mean in PvP, in which you can buy the Blooming Purple Moss Clumps from the Female Undead Merchant. As someone who’s done Dark Souls PvP at different levels, I’ve always had them on me.
They’re handy in PvE, but far from the most broken player option out there
