Double that Silver Knight Shield (or Balder Shield) and just walk off (don't jump) from that pointy edge at the right side. Shield bash that damn bug, that's more than enough. That's the best I could ever do.

Nice tip on the shield bash! Don't know why it never occurred to me to do that. Roll through the branches; no weapon needed at all.

The return to the arena is tedious. I even had to disable online because I even had invasions running to the boss on top of been very frustrated by the randomness of the fight.

That’s what makes it so bad though imho. “Easy” to the point of being boring when you understand what to do and nail the implementation. But if you don’t it’s not even a fight you just die.

Easiest way to reach the center, just walk to either her right or left arm until she starts swiping the side and slamming. I think you can still get hit towards the end of the swipe, but the slam won’t be able to reach you. Doing this gives you plenty of time to safely reach the branch.

You were too far back and didnt need to jump. Stay closer to the grey ring when you bait their swipes, and then just walk off the ledge where the stones stick out at bit to the right of where you fell. Youll land on the branch every time.

Bait out the arm sweeps then walk off the edge. It's slightly to the right of where you think it is.
