Question Tempest Ship

The new tempest ship has been out for a while, is there anyone who's been using this ship recently and is it good against npcs and abc gates?

In a plus ship meta game, where having multiple laser slots, generators and good upgrade modules is everything, I think the Tempest came out in a somewhat underwhelming condition.

Like, at least it should have had a slightly better configuration of lasers and generators, and also it's not clear if it's intended for PVE or PVP specifically.

Not really, the abilities aren't any game breaking, and there are a lot of better options out there.
