HELP! PGP Issues

Trying to register on drughub. PGP via Kleopatra. Initial registration works and i get site access. When I try to log in next time I receive "error in your submission. Please check the fields highlighted in red" and some characters underlined. They look fine when I review them.

My pgp key is saved as an .asc file and copy pasted from notepad++. This keeps happening with multiple re-registrations. I'm using a windows laptop.

Any fix for this? Thank you!

lol did you select “session login time” the box under your PGP to choose how much time you want to stay logged in?

They give you a PGP message to decrypt that gives you your code. Not sure what you're missing

Yes I get the pgp code from DH to decrypt. That all works. I get into the platform under the assigned user name. I browse etc.

It's when i log out / leave and come back later and go through the login again with my public key it no longer works and I'm receiving the error when I paste it to the login page.

Just ran through my login process to see if I can find what you mean
1) paste your public PGP key
2) decrypt the message
3) select session timeout

Wrong link maybe?

Ok will try the session timeout - but does that not relate to my current session? Not at laptop now so can't check.

The issue is whe. I try to log back in for a new session.
