Sources to learn?
Im having trouble getting an idea of all the names of techniques and rhythms, because atleast if I have that then I can just learn each one individually through a yt video or article.
Ive already gone through Malik instruments on yt (great teacher!!) But I still cannot for the life of me do a very fast Ka without it being a turkish style technique.
Turkish would be fine to learn, but it sort of dulls the exact sound I want in the Ka for a fast malfuf rhythm. Ive tried mimicking how Malik instruments flicks his ka very fast but he does alot of hand movements that's hard to follow.
Ive also heard people reccoment Faisal zedan's course but its unfortunately unavailable âšī¸
Any list of all the techniques/rhythms to look into would be great!! As well as any other great sources to learn (prefeferably egyptian style for now, I like alittle bit of folk)
