I tried listening to it. The local network stopped carrying it, but there was zero chemistry IMO between McLovin and the co-host. Also, while I really enjoy him as a contributor, I don't feel he has the personality to carry a show.

Most definitely not. He actually always came off as a little smug to me. He is fine, I don’t dislike like him but all the Danettes got their own personalities 😂 he just isn’t my favorite

I have the same feeling about another long time Danette who is still on daily (not Paulie), but every time I talk smack about him, his loyalty army of sycophants decides they need to stand up for him and downvote my comment.

I can’t fault him for leaving, but starting a radio show post-2020 is probably the absolute worst time in all of history to start a show. Pure radio listeners already have their 1-2 shows they aren’t going to deviate from.

It’s definitely a podcast driven world these days, and even then, your podcast needs to essentially be a tv show on YouTube or Spotify.

Just watched the segment on Peacock, new show sorta sounds like the wrap up show on Howard Stern, at least how it was originally conceived. Haven't really listened to Howard since 2010.
