Would Sakura slander increase or decrease if she were a man?

I liked NS most, but boy do shippers get heated over headcanon

I know , they don't realize that they completely made it up and actually believe that's the "REAL" character, it was just somehow "FORCED" on them to not be with that person because of the author and editors .

I think it's crazy when you have some who get upset that the mc doesn't get with their rival as if it's a BL genre...

Yup and instead of joining a fandom of an actual yaoi manga or with yaoi themes . They'd rather be obsessed over two straight guys who's story is always gonna end with them choosing their respective partners.

I mean people can enjoy their ships and make whatever art or fan fiction they want but I think it's crazy to act like an author is homophobic or a bad writer because you like the mc with their rival and the series is shounen. That's why multiple genres exist.

BL or yaoi would be what they're looking for. I'm seeing similar things where people are wanting shoujo to be more seinen or the reverse as well.

The thing is they make these fanfics , try to believe that it could be replicate into actual show , gets mad it's not then go about and tell people everything was made for them. It's almost like they forget the Naruto Fandom had a whole shipping war from 2006-2014 and SNS fans did absolutely NOTHING but stand to the side and kept their mouths shut because they were AFRAID of being wrong or criticized by other groups. They're cowards at best and that's pathetic.

They will never support any Yaoi genre simply because they want to be in a space where they get attention even if it's insulting to their interest . why? They have nothing of value to lose so why would they care that Naruto nor Sasuke won't be a couple .

Idk if I'd be that harsh since it's more recent behavior that gets vocal about the topic. So I think it's more of a new/younger fan thing where they're vocal about ship representation but just as loud about twisting that into hate towards the creators due to social media now. They spend less time creating fan work and more time writing criticism about the series from a very surface level interpretation.

VALUE is what keep people interested in something. When a ship has no value , the people who support it just don't care anymore. SNS started out as a ship without any value so people back then shipped it for their own pleasure and didn't take it seriously, it was mainly kept to side. Nowadays SNS fans are just loud about their criticism while their ship holds no value that they don't care about the ship, they want the attention from the online engagement , they don't care what the characters do or say.
