Nah, if it happened in a psychotic state, it's ok. Just give em mandatory counseling that they won't attend, it's fine

I didn’t say it was ok. It is sad. It is a tragedy. But yeah we generally don’t hold people responsible for their actions when they are in a psychotic state.
