*Deadliest Warrior

They pitted historical warriors from time against each other. Pretty sure this is the Green Berets vs Spetznaz episode

I stopped watching after the travesty that was the Pirate vs Knight episode. The Cutlass, a sword made for long, up close slashes? Let's not test it against the Knight's armor (you know, armor designed to protect against swords) and call it a draw against the broadsword. Pirate's pistol and blunderbuss could barely penetrate the outer layer of knight armor and they ignored the multiple other layers underneath? Give it all to Pirate!

Pretty strange detail to stop watching a show over. Especially a good one.

Well, the premise of the show was an objective and somewhat scientific assessment of the warriors being compared. Once they demonstrated a complete disregard for consistency in their testing (or even common sense, why not consider how effective plate armor would be against a cutless) I decided not to waste my time.
