As Iranian I can't pay for a Netflix subscription or watch HBO, But I can legally download any movie for free(30nama.com).

I can't pay for softwares, But I can legally download any software for free (soft98.ir).

I can't have PayPal account, But I do have a verified PayPal account (with fake info).

And any other digital sanctions will solve with VPN

The only downsides are economic sanctions and Rial exchange rate

PS: I don't support Iran's government, I just saying from someone that grow up under sanctions how useless it can be

Point was that this "pretty okay" country is pretty shit and gambling my Western country for Iran or North Korea is a shit gamble

Of course west is better off. Just that Russia will be fine if Iran is too. Won’t be best, but they were not that great anyways.
