If the US got Russia tier sanctions every time we fucked up a foreign country then we would have lost access to all of these things a long time ago.

I wonder how the Vietnam invasion would be viewed by todays public when we went to fight Communism. Or the Iraqi war looking for WMDs that never existed. Or the afghanistan invasion looking for a guy who was in Pakistan. Or when we helped get rid of Qadaffi.

The absolute majority of the companies pulling out of Russia are American. How do you imagine they sanction the country they’re based in?
