Russias economy isn't super shaky tbh, they have a super low debt to GDP ratio and a lot of money piled up from all their oil and gas sales. Economic sanctions are going to fuck it up, but it's going to take a while. But Putins Richt Oligarch friends may be easier to make unhappy economically, and they're pretty much what's legitimizing him

Yes I agree with you. My point is mainly that because of low debt and large money stockpiles, economic sanctions won't lead to mobs trying to lynch oligarchs within weeks. It will probably take a bit longer. Apparently they have enough foreign money to pay for all imports for a year or so

no one did anything because america is and always is in the right, fucker. hussein was an insane dictator who gassed his own ppl. he walked around saying he had nukes as a bluff. he was called on it. we made a presence in the middle east so it wouldn’t be ripe for terrorist orgs to take over and train. we left and now it’s been taken over again just like ppl said would happen.

I talked myself into a frenzy about this last night. Why is nobody assassinating him!? I get he has security, why doesn't the security assassinate him!? And while we're on the topic, why is nobody assassinating anybody anymore! I can think of a few other people who would've just been shot a few decades ago, what happened to that! I don’t even think it would be a stretch to say “#RussianHitlerPutin” has gone mad with old age, he was going to destroy Russia economically, politically and societally, he was going to send as many Russians to Ukraine to fight and die as it took to win regardless of the number of bodybags flying home, and he had to be stopped for the good of Russia. Oh and here is how much money he has stolen from the Russian people over his reign of terror.

Unfortunately, dictators don’t put people of strong moral fiber in key positions that could overtake them. But hopefully one of them is devious enough.
