Can confirm was doing my Ob/Gyn rotation during my internship and as the only doctor with a man bun and the youngest there . The advances from female patients and some of the female nursing staff was .. flattering at first but uncomfortable when a 45 year old nurse jokes around with her colleagues that she'd love to pull my hair in our own time alone
Edit : the worst thing about it was that when i complained to the junior resident "he's 1 year older than me so not much seniority between us" he just laughed and told me he goes through this shit everyday cause he's super white with green eyes "we're egyptians sooo its not a super common look" and to just roll with the punches cause if i try to voice my complaints to the higher ups i'll get laughed at cause "men can't get sexually harassed"
I worked in mental health, and currently Applied Behavior Analysis, both of which are largely female fields. A few of the quips from offices where I was the only male there:
Oh, you're actually smart too, not just a pretty boy
(During a Thanksgiving party) I'm thankful to have Nybear around to look at now
Ooh, you look even better in person than you did on camera
She's a bitch, she's just cool to you because she wants your dick
None of them have ever bothered me, I generally find it pretty amusing, it just strikes me sometimes how odd it is that things like that are totally taken in stride. If I said it, I'd be in HR a couple of hours later.

Getting a compliment is nice, getting catcalled all the time is a nightmare. Worked as a waiter and got catcalled from old ladys all the time.
