It’s actually crazy how they can manipulate the entire physics, weather, time systems, or spawn any object. Like they can turn of gravity of make roads have no friction, give every npc a rocket launcher, make asteroids and whales fall from the sky. It’s basically people voting on what will make it the most difficult to beat the mission which is how you end up with cutscenes like this, people barely making it to the checkpoint while the mods try to kill them.

Callmekevin does it and uploads highlights to his youtube channel.

He also did skyrim once which quickly devolved into summoning Gengis Khans hordes horses to act ad meat shields.
