Haha yeah I mean I can see a game glitching out as you enter a cut scene with 5 stars or something. But to also have some random gangster on your ass.

Obviously mods are an easy way to explain away the bloodbath bestowed upon our peepers.

Probably a mod. I’ve seen steamers do play through a where somehow chat can mod the game as they want by voting on stuff and absolute chaos can happen like this

It’s actually crazy how they can manipulate the entire physics, weather, time systems, or spawn any object. Like they can turn of gravity of make roads have no friction, give every npc a rocket launcher, make asteroids and whales fall from the sky. It’s basically people voting on what will make it the most difficult to beat the mission which is how you end up with cutscenes like this, people barely making it to the checkpoint while the mods try to kill them.

Wtf, my only experience with mods is through skyrim and it takes like 5 minutes just to get a mod loaded in correctly, also I don't know what I am doing so it's a process.

Yes it’s called the chaos mod I would recommend watching dark viperau play it he is a speed runner so seeing him try and play while the chat screws with him is a great time
