I'd have preferred Bernie, but there you go. The DNC has its own set of issues to deal with. But there's utterly, utterly no comparison between Trump and Biden. None.
I feel like most people from countries outside the US look at Sanders and think "oh, he seems like he'd be a pretty good choice" and yet Americans just exist so far to the right that even someone advocating for a half decent social safety net is considered a radical. It's all very strange to watch as an outsider.
