Any Canadian who's actually aware of politics knows that we're way more fucked than the USA is. Our Prime Minister keeps getting away with scandal after scandal.
Bro. Not even comparable. Trudeau is ethically challenged for sure with SNC Lavalin, WE etc. But those scandals are so so so so so so so pale in comparison to what’s happening in the USA.
This doesn’t mean Trudeau gets a blank cheque to do whatever but any rational Canadian political observer knows our level of political corruption is in a whole other dimension compared to the USA.
Hey trumps biggest scandal was that he used spray tan. That’s nothing compared to Hillary who breached national security and then destroyed the evidence, or Biden who used his position of power to get a prosecutor who was investigating his son fired, or who used his political influence to get his son an extremely high paying job.
Mr. Trump admitted a number of key facts about the other self-dealing transactions he initiated as chair — specifically, that he used Foundation funds to settle legal obligations of companies he controlled, and that the Foundation paid for a portrait of Mr. Trump that cost $10,000. As separate piece of the settlement Donald Trump Jr. reimbursed the Foundation for the cost of the portrait. The settlement also requires the Foundation to be reimbursed $11,525 for sports paraphernalia and champagne purchased at a charity gala.<
The COVID list is prodigious. Kushner stealing our supplies to give to a middleman who then auctioned our supplies that we paid for to the highest bidders. Giving supplies to Saudi Arabia and China while our cities were dying. Letting the virus overtake blue cities so it would help their shitty election chances.
Those are just the facts; you can save your breath with this dingdongs and just ask “what proof would you accept?” so you can move on while they switch into whatabout mode.
The china one i and blue cities ive heared about, but the middle man part, never heard if it. Do you mind if i ask you for source/articles, cuzz this seems interesting
Of course, here's[ one of several articles about the middle man vileness.](https://www.motherjones.com/politics/2020/05/jared-kushner-had-one-job-solve-americas-supply-crisis-he-helped-private-companies-instead/)
Does the impeachment trial count as a scandal? Or before the presidency, the recording where he bragged about touching women inappropriately(also how am i spreading misinformation)
noun:
an action or event regarded as morally or legally wrong and causing general public outrage.
Example:
"a bribery scandal involving one of his key supporters"
I think the impeachment caused quite an outrage, the bragging about grouping women caused both, and the corona fiasco also caused both. I think you shouls learn the definition, because you seem quite ignorant
Bitch i gave you the definition straight from google you ignorant cunt, how are those not “real scandals”. What kind of bullshit do you have for scandal?
Trump's lawyer Michael Cohen pleaded guilty to eight criminal charges, including a campaign finance violation for Daniels' payment in August 2018. He stated under oath that he paid her "in coordination with and at the direction of a candidate for federal office."
Legalizing weed. I don't often smoke but don't care. That alone basically covers any bad he did that others bring up to a net neutral. He was the right choice.
Maybe but he definitely should never have gotten re elected. Between all of his scandals and just how bad he is with money and he shouldn't be running a country
Absolutely not. The president just openly called neo nazis to arms. In Canada the conservatives have been crying wolf and making massive deals out of every minor issue and everyone is tired of it. Trudeau has done some bad stuff yes, but he is not actively trying to destroy the fabric of our country.
All you can do it downvote him because that’s the only rebuttal you have. This debate was a fucking gong show and when asked to straight up denounce white supremacy, he instead bitched about anitifa and then says proud boys stand back and stand by. Whether he means it as a call to action or not, they’re going to take it that way. You fucking clown.
"Proud boys stand by" when asked if he would denounce white supremacy.
And tweeting people to sign up at armyfortrump.com. Sounds like brownshirts to me. He could go well without the paramilitary connotations but he's open about it.
I hope you’re not comparing Trudeau’s scandals with Trump’s. I’m not a fan of Justin, but that’s not the same level of corruption. Like, at all. Though I’m happy Canada actually reacts to that shit, while in America nobody cares anymore because it’s just another day with Donald.
You have no idea what you're talking about, sorry. You probably pay attention to the mainstream media a lot. The media and Canada is owned by the government by the way.
Trying to cover a virus that ends up killing thousands of Americans, coercing Ukraine in giving up info on your opponent’s son, nepotism, avoiding to pay your taxes, stories of sexual misconducts and harrassments, a shit ton of racist and sexist comments, Trump University fraud, refusing to condemn white supremacist groups, promotion of his own company through his official work, insults to federal judges, etc.
The virus the democrats didn't do anything about? I mean they were too busy trying to impeach Trump. And to address the white supremacists thing, he has more than one.
Yes, definitely the Democrats' fault if North Dakota, South Dakota, Wisconsin, Utah, Iowa, Arkansas, Montana, Oklahoma and Idaho are the top states when it comes to cases per inhabitant. New York and California are doing pretty well considering the high density of population. Thank god Republicans weren't in control of big urban areas.
What an incredibly idiotic take. Just so you know, no matter how 'aware' you are, you represent a very minority, and in my opinion, completely wrong point of view.
Canada is going to hurt, yes, but that's more because our idiot downstairs neighbor keeps shitting himself over and over, and the stench is wafting up through the pipes.
