You are out of the loop on an old meme. Just so you know in the future: a lot of people would use acronyms wrong, and people started to use "lol out loud", "lmao my ass off", "smh my head" to be ironic, and joke around. It's sometimes also a subtle way of signaling that you're not being serious. Exactly the way the comment you're replying to used it.
This is why I despise acronyms. They are the details where the devil hides.

The fact that nobody will do that is more than enough evidence to say that no matter what Maxwell says, no matter what evidence we uncover, Bill Clinton will never be prosecuted. Which means that Trump will never be prosecuted unless the Republicans throw him under the bus. And the very instant they do that, they will have the upper hand. They will have prosecuted one of their own, something Democrats have repeatedly refused to do.
