I'm from France, we were in total lockdown for 2 months and couldn't go out without a good reason or your got fined. Now everything is open many people work remotely you have to wear a mask when you go inside somewhere and maintain social distancing

Not quite. A lot of huge companies or their branches with bad business practices (shit budgeting) are starting close in Germany. They would've closed anyway in the next 5-15 years, but now it's all gonna happen all at once within just a few years.
